Product Description

1. This production line adopts a combination of manual and automated methods for assembly and testing. The front hoist automatically lifts the jig and transports it into the assembly station. The assembly station is automatically transported by a double-speed chain. A stop and jacking mechanism is set at the assembly position to prevent position displacement during assembly until the last assembly station manually connects the connector of the wiring harness and automatically pushes the jig into the test station. The test station is automatically transported by a double-speed chain, blocking the cylinder and the check valve to stop the jig and start automatic testing. After the two tests are completed, the jig enters the cover/full inspection station, and is manually checked to see if the internal assembly is OK. After the inspection is completed, the upper cover is manually closed and screwed in to fix it. Finally, a manual appearance inspection is performed before unloading. The tooling board enters the rear lifting position, and the sensor automatically senses whether there is a product on the jig. If not, the tooling board is sunk and pushed into the lower return double-speed chain to form a cycle.

2. This production line is a customized production line. It can produce and assemble products of one specification according to the design parameters of the sales order. If you need to produce other products with multiple specifications, you need to provide the corresponding product specifications to the engineer before design and production to make the design compatible and change the technical agreement before designing, and replace the corresponding tooling board and software system before you can use multiple specifications for production.
