Overview of production line design
1. Flexible production line design; each main station operates independently and can be freely placed to adapt to process changes and capacity upgrades, and can even be temporarily connected to other production lines.
2. The needle plates of the air tightness, functional testing and pressure resistance testing stations can be quickly changed without secondary debugging to adapt to testing changes and maintenance upgrades.
3. Manual-automatic switching, both automatic and semi-automatic stations are equipped with manual mode to adapt to emergencies and model change debugging.
4. Data independence, each workstation has an independent data box, USB files and model change tools are placed inside.
5. Integration of additional functions of the elevator; in order to more effectively utilize space and improve cost-effectiveness, the front elevator is equipped with CCD function (optional), which allows manual visual inspection or CCD camera inspection to be completed simultaneously without interfering with each other and make a general judgment.
6. The instrument box and the structural box are separated to improve the utilization rate of the equipment for replacement or upgrading.
Workstation includes
1. Insulation withstand voltage test station; withstand voltage insulation test and conduction test
2. FCT station; conduction detection, current detection, CAN communication detection, voltage drop detection, pull-in release voltage-time detection.
3. Semi-automatic locking station; automatic screwing, work step guidance, screw position feedback, automatic unloading, scan code tracking torque feedback.
4. Air tightness detection station; automatic loading and unloading, automatic alignment and blocking, automatic side leakage and data saving.
5. CCD detection station; color-position recognition, OCR recognition, automatic data saving, open configuration change.
